Our Company’s policy is to clearly state our fees in advance to the fullest extent possible.
However, our fees for some services such as contract related services and visa services etc. will vary depending on the specific situation of each case and the urgency. Therefore, the fees for such services are only provided as a rough estimate in the fee table below. Please feel free to make a request via-email for a specific quotation of our fees in your specific case.

Repeating Clients
We offer flexible and specialized monthly advisory contracts to match the specific needs of our client companies and individual business owners, with special discounts on our standard fees. Some menus are also available at discounted fees for repeating clients. Please feel free to inquiry for an estimate (free of charge).

※All actual costs (e.g. stamp duties, application fees, etc.) are not included in the displayed prices, and need to be paid separately by our customers
※For application services (immigration applications, application for business licenses, application for company establishment and change of company registration items) where the documents to be submitted are in a language other than Japanese, translation costs for Japanese translations will need to be paid separately by our customers. As an exception, we will provide Japanese translations of English documents required in relation to the use of our office’s Immigration services for free.
